How the Program Works

A Simple, Science-Based Formula for Sustainable Change

App-Based Microlearning

Every Friday a weekly video will be unlocked for 7 weeks. The videos are approximately 1 hour long and are broken into segments to fit into your busy schedule. In the app you will also find the audio version of the NYTimes best-selling book “Positive Intelligence”.

 

Live Weekly Coaching

Join me and a small group of women (aka “pod”) each week for 6 weeks where we will discuss your learning, engage in individual coaching moments as they arise, and support each other through the changes you will all be experiencing. Choose a day of the week that works best for your schedule and you and your pod will meet at the same time each week.

 

 

Immediate Application

Through the app, you will practice short exercises for about 15 minutes daily. These exercises will create new neural pathways that will rewire and strengthen your brain much like doing reps in the gym strengthens your muscles.

About Jodi

How do I access the app?

Once you register and pay, Jodi will send you an email with instructions to download the app and a link to join the weekly pod meetings.

 

Can I do this with a busy schedule?

Yes, this program is designed for people with very busy schedules such as CEOs and working moms. The daily ask is about 15 minutes of mental exercises that can be done at any time during the day. Once a week, you will watch an hour-long video that is broken into short segments. The weekly coaching sessions, while very valuable, are optional and are not detrimental to the learning.

 

What if I miss a session?

If you can’t attend one of the live coaching sessions, that’s no problem at all. The group coaching sessions are meant to complement the Positive Intelligence program, however, they are not detrimental to the learning. You can keep doing the program on your own using the app and catch up with your pod the following week.

 

Who can sign up for this program?
